1. Amount once credited to our account for purchasing book/s cannot be refunded in any case, except only in case the book ordered cannot be delivered by us.

2. Order for any book/s cannot be cancelled after successful transaction and before or despatch of the same. In special genuine cases of unintentional mistakes while ordering, the order may be flipped with any other book of similar amount.

3. Each book is thoroughly checked and packed with care before despatching. Nevertheless, if the book is found to be damaged partially or fully at the receiver's end during transit, the picture of the same may please be taken and sent to us through WhatsApp immediately. The damaged book will be replaced only after receiving the same without any additional charge. Returning cost (charges of registered parcel of India post) may be credited to the sender through UPI after receiving the same.
